Alice has been a member of the Somerset community since 1993 and loves living in an area filled with so many kind individuals. She’s a mother of four and grandmother of three. She enjoys bonding with each of them in her free time. Outside of the agency, Alice also likes singing, listening or playing music and gardening.
Chelsey has lived in the Somerset community since 1997 and started her insurance career in 2012 at the Charles Cromer Agency. Outside of the office, she loves spending time with family and friends and going to Jacobson Park in Lexington. She’s also a student studying anthropology at Transylvania University.
Ciarra has worked in insurance since joining the Charles Cromer Agency in 2011. She and her husband reside in Russell Springs with their son, who they love bonding with. When not at the agency, she enjoys walking the nature trails at Lake Cumberland State Resort Park, playing badminton and spending time with her family.
Kimberly is a Sawyer Business School alum who has been in the Somerset community since 2004. She’s worked in insurance since 1999 and has brought a great deal of knowledge to the entire team. Outside of the agency, she loves playing bingo, going camping and relaxing at the beach.
Lilly joined the agency in 2018 and is Charles’ daughter. She strives to provide exceptional customer service and loves meeting new customers. Outside of the agency, she enjoys hanging out with friends, going to movies and playing wither her baby sisters at Somersport Park.
